Weak flushing, please eliminate it in the following order.
1. The angle valve is not fully opened. The angle valve can adjust the water pressure to ensure that it is fully opened
2. Program issue, please shut down, unplug the power for 1 minute, and then restart.
3. The water supply pressure is low. This type of smart toilet without a water tank relies on water pressure to flush. High floors may have low water pressure, typically requiring a water pressure of 20 PSI. You can unscrew the inlet pipe of the toilet, use a graduated container to receive water, turn on the angle valve switch, and if 1 gallon (4.5 liters) of water can be released in 15 seconds, then the water pressure is sufficient.
4. If the pipeline is blocked, the filter screen of the angle valve can be cleaned, and the pulse valve can be cleaned


5. The pulse valve is damaged. Please contact the factory and send the pulse valve for replacement.
The problem seems to be that the toilet isn’t emptying correctly. The water comes in, then it stops and the toilet empties about 2 inches and the the water comes back on a refills it. It never flushes all the way. This is on the main floor of the house and we have really good water pressure. Please help.
