🔧 Remote Controller & Pairing
The remote controller doesn’t work. What should I do? ▼
- Check batteries are installed correctly and not dead.
- If indicator lights up but toilet doesn’t respond, the remote may have lost pairing.
To re-pair: Rotate side knob counterclockwise until you hear a beep, then immediately long-press the Stop button on the remote.
Only the Flush button works and the seat icon is flashing ▼
Moisture on the seat sensor. Simply wipe the seat sensor area with a dry towel.
🚿 Cleaning & Washing
How to use posterior (hip) cleaning? ▼
Via Remote: Press Hip Cleaning once to start. Press twice for oscillating mode. Auto-stops after 1 min.
Via Side Knob (seated): Rotate clockwise to the end → starts posterior wash. Long press knob for warm air drying.
How to use feminine (front) cleaning? ▼
Via Remote: Press Female Cleaning once to start. Press twice for oscillating mode.
Via Side Knob (seated): Rotate counterclockwise to the end → starts feminine wash. Long press knob for warm air drying.

How to adjust water / seat / air temperature? ▼
Each cycles through 4 levels: Off → 93°F → 99°F → 104°F.
Water Temp = bidet water | Seat Temp = heated seat | Air Temp = dryer air
🔄 Auto Flush Settings
How to turn auto flush on/off? ▼
After leaving seat: Long press Flush button. 1 beep = OFF, 2 beeps = ON.
After lid closes: Power off → Press Seat button → 1 beep OFF / 2 beeps ON → Power to save.
Toilet flushes when I sit down (pre-wetting) ▼
This is the pre-wetting function. To turn on/off: Power off → Press Female Cleaning → 1 beep OFF / 2 beeps ON → Power to save.
🛡️ Foam Shield
Foam doesn’t come out ▼
First time: Tablets may not have dissolved. Try a few more times.
After a while: Add 2-3 foam tablets if water color is light.
Manual foam: While seated, long press Night Lamp / Self-Cleaning button.
Auto Foam on/off: Power off → Press Lid/Seat → 1 beep OFF / 2 beeps ON → Power to save.
🔊 Voice Control
How to use voice commands? ▼
Say “Hello Toilet” to wake up. Commands stay active for 30 seconds.
Available: Open/close lid/seat, Full flush, Start/stop cleaning/drying, Turn on/off night light, Adjust temperature/pressure, Clean nozzle, Start foam shield.

Lid doesn’t open fully ▼
Power off → Adjust opening force with Nozzle Mast (0-14, recommended 9-13) → Power to save.
Adjust auto-open sensing distance ▼
Power off → Press Cover then Nozzle Mast > → U0 (disabled) or U1-U5 (0.6-3 ft) → Power to save.
🔧 Troubleshooting
Weak flush or water sprays out ▼
- Adjust outlet nozzle direction.
- Reduce water pressure at angle valve.
- Clean filter screen if pipeline is blocked.
- Pour ~6 liters (1.6 gal) water into bowl to test siphon.
How to clean the water filter ▼
- Turn off power and angle valve.
- Unscrew angle valve nut → remove filter net.
- Clean with brush → reinstall.
- Turn on angle valve + power. Toilet self-inspects and works normally.

🔧 Installation
How do I install the LR03 bidet seat? ▼
- Rubber Anchors — Insert anchors into the mounting holes on your toilet bowl.
- Mounting Plate — Secure the mounting plate onto the anchors.
- Bidet Seat — Slide the seat onto the mounting plate until it clicks into place.
- Water Hose — Connect the T-valve to your water supply, then connect the bidet hose.
- Power — Plug into a grounded GFCI outlet.
⚠️ Turn off water supply before installation. Use a GFCI-protected outlet.
Will the LR03 fit my toilet? ▼
The LR03 fits most standard two-piece and one-piece toilets with an oval bowl. Dimensions: 19.49″L x 14.65″W. Measure your bowl before purchase.
🎮 Remote & Controls
The remote isn’t working. What should I do? ▼
- Check and replace the batteries in the remote.
- Re-pair: Press and hold Stop + Seat Open/Close simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- Check for obstructions between remote and seat sensor.
How do I use the side knob? ▼
- Rotate forward (clockwise) → posterior (hip) wash
- Rotate backward (counterclockwise) → feminine (front) wash
- Press → stop current function
- Long press → extended travel wash mode
🚿 Cleaning Functions
How do I start the wash? ▼
Via Remote: Use Hip Cleaning or Female Cleaning buttons.
Via Knob: Rotate forward for hip wash, backward for feminine wash.
Adjust nozzle position and water pressure during use with the dedicated buttons.
What is the nozzle self-cleaning feature? ▼
The stainless steel nozzle automatically cleans itself before and after each use. For manual cleaning, press the Self-Cleaning button on the remote or long-press the Night Lamp button.
🛡️ Bubble Shield (Foam)
How does the Bubble Shield work? ▼
The Bubble Shield creates a foam layer on the water surface to prevent splashing. Press the Bubble button on the remote to activate it. Add foam tablets to the foam bottle compartment when needed.
No foam comes out. What’s wrong? ▼
- First time: Tablets may not have dissolved. Try several times.
- Low foam: Add 2-3 foam tablets if water color is light.
- Kinked tube: Check the foam tube is not bent during installation.
- Not turned on: Press the Bubble button to activate.
🌡️ Temperature & Comfort Settings
How do I adjust the water temperature? ▼
Use the Water Temp button on the remote to cycle through settings: Off → 93°F → 99°F → 104°F. The LR03 uses instant heating — water warms up immediately.
How do I adjust the seat temperature? ▼
Use the Seat Temp button on the remote. Cycles: Off → 93°F → 99°F → 104°F. Warm-up takes 2-3 minutes.
📡 Smart Features
How does the auto lid work? ▼
The LR03 uses radar sensing to detect when you approach the toilet. The lid opens automatically. Toggle this feature on/off with the Auto-Lid button on the remote.
Does the LR03 support voice control? ▼
Yes, the LR03 has a Smart Voice Module. Please refer to the product manual for voice command instructions.
🧹 Maintenance
How do I clean the LR03 bidet seat? ▼
- Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
- Use mild soap and water for stubborn stains.
- Do not spray water directly onto the unit.
- Clean the water inlet filter every 3-6 months.
🔧 Troubleshooting
The bidet seat has no power ▼
Check the power cord is securely connected. Press the reset button on the GFCI plug. Try a different outlet. If still no power, contact support.
Water pressure is too low ▼
- Ensure the water supply valve is fully open.
- Clean the water inlet filter (may be clogged with debris).
- Check the water hose is not kinked or bent.
Warm air dryer isn’t working well ▼
Check that the air temperature setting is not Off. Allow up to 1 minute for the dryer to reach full temperature. Ensure the seat sensor detects you are seated.
The seat won’t heat up ▼
Check the seat temperature setting is not set to “Off”. Allow 2-3 minutes for the seat to warm up. If still cold, there may be a heating element issue — contact support.
