🔧 4. Installation

Before You Start

✅ Finished wall & floor in bathroom
✅ Grounded power outlet nearby
✅ Water shut-off valve accessible
✅ Drain pipe ready

Tools You’ll Need

PTFE Thread Seal Tape
100% Silicone Sealant + Caulking Gun
Adjustable Wrench (3/4″)

Water Connection

Three connection options:

Direct — 1/2″ NPT threaded shut-off valve
Compression — Use included 5/8″ compression fitting
Adapter — Use existing 3/8″ valve with adapter

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Connect water supply BEFORE plugging in power. Failure will trigger Error Code E4 and may damage the unit.

Installation Steps

Turn off water supply. Remove old toilet if replacing.
Install floor flange & wax ring.
Secure mounting brackets with T-bolts.
Place toilet on flange, bolt down evenly.
Connect water supply line (see diagram above).
Install foam bottle beside/near toilet.
Turn on water supply. Check for leaks.
Plug into GFCI outlet. Wait for self-check.

🛡️ 5. Foam Shield Setup

Open the foam bottle compartment.
Drop in 3 foam tablets (≈ 200 uses).
Fill bottle with tap water.
Place bottle on the floor next to or behind the toilet.
Ensure the foam tube is not bent or kinked.

💡 First few uses may produce little foam until tablets fully dissolve. Keep using.

🚽 6. First Use & Flush Methods

Safety

Wash/dry functions only work when seated (safety sensor). This is normal.

🔗 9. Remote Pairing

Remote is pre-paired. Re-pair if it stops responding.

Rotate the side knob counterclockwise (toward front) + hold until beep.
Keep holding knob, press Stop on remote.
Confirmation beep = done.

⚠️ Use counterclockwise rotation (toward the front of the toilet), not clockwise.

🔧 12. Troubleshooting

Remote Issues

Problem	Solution
Remote not working	Check/replace batteries. Re-pair (Section 9).
Only Flush works, seat icon flashing	Wipe seat sensor dry with cloth.

Water / Flush Issues

Problem	Solution
E4 error / no water	Water not connected. Connect water, unplug 30s, retry.
Water sprays out	Adjust nozzle. Reduce water pressure at valve.
Weak flush	Open valve fully. Clean filter. Check home water pressure.

Foam Shield Issues

Problem	Solution
No foam	Add tablets. Check tube isn’t kinked. Enable auto foam in settings.

Lid / Reset

Problem	Solution
Lid won’t open fully	Adjust force to 9-13 (Section 11).
Still having issues	Unplug 3 min, plug back in. Unit self-checks.
No siphon	Pour ~1.6 gal water into bowl to test. May need drain cleaning.

🧹 13. Maintenance — Cleaning the Filter

When: If flush performance drops but water pressure seems normal.

Turn off power, close angle valve.
Unscrew valve nut, remove filter screen.
Clean with brush under running water.
Reinstall, reopen valve, reconnect power.

📦 1. Product Overview

Thank you for choosing the ZingPOP LR03 Smart Bidet Seat. This product adds advanced bidet functionality to your existing toilet — warm water wash, heated seat, warm air dryer, auto lid, and foam shield protection.

💡 The LR03 is a bidet seat attachment, not a full toilet. It mounts onto your existing toilet bowl. Dimensions: 19.49″L x 14.65″W (oval shape).

Installation Steps

Attach Rubber Anchors — Insert the rubber anchors into the mounting holes on your toilet bowl.
Attach the Mounting Plate — Secure the mounting plate onto the rubber anchors. Tighten firmly.
Attach the Bidet Seat — Slide the bidet seat onto the mounting plate until it clicks into place.
Connect the Water Hose — Connect the T-valve to your existing water supply. Connect the bidet water hose to the T-valve. Ensure no kinks in the hose.
Plug it in! — Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The seat will power on automatically.

⚠️ Before installation: Turn off water supply at the angle valve. Ensure the power outlet is grounded and GFCI protected. Do not install where the unit may get wet from shower/splash.

🎮 3. Remote Controller Functions

💡 Remote batteries: If the remote stops responding, replace batteries first, then re-pair (see Section 5).

🔄 4. Knob Operations

The side knob provides quick access to essential functions.

🔗 5. Remote Pairing

The remote is pre-paired from the factory. Re-pair only if the bidet seat does not respond to the remote.

Ensure the bidet seat is powered on.
Press and hold the Stop and Seat Open/Close buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
The seat will respond with a beep — pairing is complete.

💡 If pairing fails, unplug the seat for 10 seconds, plug back in, wait for the self-check cycle to finish, then retry pairing.

📡 6. Smart Features

6.1 Radar-Sensing Automatic Lid

The lid opens automatically when you approach the toilet. Toggle on/off via the Auto-Lid button on the remote.

6.2 Bubble Shield (Foam Shield)

Creates a foam layer on the water surface to prevent splashing during use. Activate via the Bubble button on the remote.

Add foam tablets to the foam bottle compartment as needed.
Ensure the foam tube is not bent or kinked during installation.

6.3 Smart Voice Module

Voice-controlled operation. Supports lid/seat open/close, flushing, cleaning, and drying commands.

6.4 Extended Travel

Long-press the knob to activate extended nozzle travel for deeper cleaning.

🧼 7. Self-Cleaning & Maintenance

Nozzle Self-Cleaning

The stainless steel nozzle self-cleans before and after each use. For manual cleaning, press Self-Cleaning on the remote or long-press the Night Lamp button.

Cleaning the Unit

Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
For stubborn stains, use mild soap and water.
Do not spray water directly onto the unit.
Clean the water inlet filter every 3-6 months depending on water quality.

Cleaning the Water Filter

Turn off power and close the angle valve.
Unscrew the water hose connection and remove the filter screen.
Clean the screen with a soft brush under running water.
Reinstall and reconnect. Turn on power and water supply.

🔧 8. Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
Bidet seat not responding	Check power connection. Press the reset button if available. Unplug for 30 seconds and retry.
Remote not working	Replace batteries. Re-pair remote (see Section 5). Check for line-of-sight obstruction.
No water / low water pressure	Check water supply valve is fully open. Clean inlet filter. Ensure hose is not kinked.
Water not warm enough	Wait up to 2 minutes for instant heater to reach temperature. Check water temperature setting.
No foam / bubble	Add foam tablets to the bottle. Check foam tube for kinks. Ensure Bubble function is activated.
Seat not heating	Check seat temperature setting is not set to “Off”. Allow 2-3 minutes to warm up.
Dryer not working or weak airflow	Check air temperature setting. Clean the dryer vent. Ensure seat sensor detects occupancy.
Auto lid not opening	Ensure Auto-Lid is toggled ON on remote. Check sensor area is clean and unobstructed.
